ORDER METHODS
You may place your order with Passarella exclusively through our website: www.passarella.gr. Orders are considered complete once payment has been successfully processed using one of the accepted payment methods listed below.
You may use our website either by registering as a member or by checking out as a guest.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can complete your payment for the order via:
1. Bank Transfer
Payment can be made by depositing the total amount into one of the company’s bank accounts. A proof of deposit must be sent electronically. Note that delivery times include the time required for the payment to be confirmed in our account.

2. Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card
All VISA & MASTERCARD cards are accepted.
Card payments are processed via the “Alpha e-Commerce” payment platform by WINBANK, using TLS 1.1 encryption protocol with 128-bit (SSL) encryption. Encryption ensures the data remains secure until it reaches its intended recipient. Card details are entered on a secure server managed by WINBANK and are not accessible by Passarella.
RETURN POLICY
Orders cannot be returned.
In the event the customer fails to receive the order, the deposit is non-refundable.
ORDER PICKUP METHODS
In-store Pickup (Free of charge): Orders can be collected from any Passarella store.
Home Delivery (Attica only): Products are delivered using Passarella’s refrigerated trucks to addresses within designated areas of Attica, as listed on the website, with corresponding delivery fees.
SHIPPING COSTS
Store Pickup: Free of charge.
Home Delivery: Delivery fees apply regardless of order total. Charges depend on the delivery location and are listed on the website.

DELIVERY METHODS & TIMEFRAME
Products are delivered via Passarella’s own refrigerated trucks.
A minimum production time is required for each product and is indicated during the ordering process (e.g., birthday cakes require at least five (5) days for preparation).
The production period begins the day after payment is confirmed, or, in the case of bank transfer, the day after the deposit appears in our account.
SPECIAL TERMS OF USEΣ
1. Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights
All content on passarella.gr—including graphics, images, designs, text, services, and files—is intellectual property of passarella.gr and protected by Greek, EU, and international law, except for trademarks of third-party companies displayed on our site, which remain their respective property.
2. Modifications
Passarella.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time. Changes will become effective upon being published on the website and will apply henceforth. A relevant note will appear on the homepage to inform users of updates.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users are advised to review the terms regularly.
3. Newsletters – Ενημερωτικά Δελτία
Newsletters received by registered users are the intellectual property of passarella.gr and are protected accordingly. Passarella.gr reserves the right to refuse or remove a user from mailing lists and commits to using their data solely for the intended purpose.
4. Member Deletion
Users who wish to delete their accounts must email us at info@passarella.gr with the subject “Account Deletion.” However, if orders are associated with the account, it cannot be deactivated until those orders are fulfilled.
Your password is your personal security key and should be stored safely, separately from your username, to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are retail prices including VAT, but excluding shipping and packaging fees, which are added at checkout. Customers will be informed of the total cost before finalizing their order.
Prices may change at any time but confirmed orders are not affected. Orders are completed only after written electronic confirmation from Passarella.
If products are available, the delivery date will be confirmed via email. Please ensure the email address provided is valid. For urgent or alternative delivery options, contact us at info@passarella.gr.
The customer is solely responsible for selecting a payment method and covering any additional costs incurred.
Η συνολική τιμή προκύπτει μετά την ολοκλήρωση της επιλογής των προϊόντων κατά την εξέλιξη των τεχνικών σταδίων της παραγγελίας, όπως αυτά ορίζονται στο αντίστοιχο μέρος της ιστοσελίδας, και σας γνωστοποιούνται σε κάθε περίπτωση πριν την σύναψη-ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας. 6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and their interpretation are governed by Greek law, EU law, and international treaties. If any provision becomes invalid, it does not affect the remaining terms.
This document represents the entire agreement between passarella.gr and the website user. No amendments are valid unless made in writing.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the website shall be governed by Greek law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
All transactions conducted via passarella.gr are subject to relevant Greek and EU legislation regarding e-commerce, data privacy, consumer protection, and distance contracts.
