Our relationship lasts 40 years, when in 1983, with the founder Vasilios Sp. Michalitsiano, the Passarella bakery was started in the region of Ilion, as a family business with the production and sale of cookies as its main activity. Today, maintaining a family character, Passarella patisserie evolves, adapts and is updated by the international market with steps of progress to accompany the vision of quality at affordable prices. In the 13 retail stores in Attica, 7 also have open workshops where all kinds of sweets are produced daily. A total of 180 employees take care of over 135 quality products; products that sweeten your own special moments
